Superb Hotel Experience
polite staff comfortable bed
The location was convenient for accessing various attractions. The staff was polite and helpful . The bed was comfortable. I appreciated the noon checkout time as it allowed for a more relaxed departure.
The restaurant was fully booked, and the limited takeaway menu was somewhat disappointing. There seemed to be a lack of priority for in-house guests.

helpful staff great location easy access fluent english
I found the staff quite accommodating. the location was excellent for shopping and dining options. the hotel had easy access to transportation. i especially liked the fluent english spoken by the staff. It was very helpful.
the hallways seemed to have a lingering older smell i noticed it often i found it slightly off-putting

the lobby provided views of the tokyo tower it began on the 16th floor. i observed that hotel had direct access to a lawson natural store. the ginza don quijote was also nearby

my room included complimentary drinks and these were replenished daily. the bathroom included overhead and sliding faucets i observed these were very modern. i found the room had a compact design which is common there

My room provided a great city view, particularly enjoyable from the bath. The lobby on the 16th floor offered panoramic views. I found the 24-hour supermarket located next door to be very convenient for quick needs.
The restaurant was frequently fully booked, making it difficult to secure a table at times.

The team was very kind and supportive. They helped me with any needed activity. My room was comfortable and had enough space for my belongings. I found it clean, fresh, silent, and relaxing . I enjoyed the window view from my room. It was a beautiful sight to wake up to each morning.
The minibar was completely empty. I had to use vending machines for any drinks, a slight inconvenience.
